Tom is the Founder and Managing Director of Orr Search, bringing 15 years of executive search experience across leading global and blue-chip firms. Over his career, he has cultivated a strong network across the Private Equity ecosystem. Beyond the office, Tom is a devoted husband and father. He loves his food (both cooking and dining out) and has a passion for sports (mainly football & golf).
