Founder & Managing Director
Tom founded Orr Search after 15 years placing fund-level and portfolio leadership talent across Large-Cap, Mid-Market, and Institutional PE in Europe and North America. He built the firm around a straightforward principle: that executive search in private equity value creation should be done to the highest possible standard, on every mandate, without exception. That principle shapes the approach, the standards, and the culture that defines Orr Search today.
Data & AI Practice Lead
Luiza leads the Data & AI practice at Orr Search, covering executive search for data science, artificial intelligence, and analytics talent within PE value creation teams and their portfolio businesses. Her focus on this space is deliberate. Data & AI is where some of the most consequential hiring decisions in PE are happening right now, and Luiza has built her practice specifically around it. She works with clients across Europe and North America.
Senior Consultant
Jamie brings a background in specialist recruitment across technical and professional services, working on complex, niche mandates where rigour and market understanding matter more than volume. That foundation translates directly into PE value creation search, where the briefs are demanding and getting the right person is everything. At Orr Search, Jamie works with PE funds and portfolio businesses across the UK, Europe, and North America to place the senior talent that drives portfolio performance.
Associate
Morgan joined Orr Search directly from university and is focused on the delivery side of search — candidate engagement, research, and making sure every mandate is executed to the standard the firm is known for. Detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and building her foundation in one of the most specialist corners of executive search, Morgan plays a central role in ensuring the candidate experience reflects the quality Orr Search is built on.
